You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use QuizWitty. If you create an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, deceive, or harm students or other users.

You retain ownership of the quizzes, questions, media, and other materials you create or upload (“Your Content”). You grant QuizWitty a limited license to host, store, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

QuizWitty offers optional proctoring and cheat-detection features. If you enable these, you are responsible for informing quiz-takers about the monitoring involved and for complying with all applicable laws regarding consent and data collection in your jurisdiction.

Certain features are offered free of charge; others may require a paid plan. Where paid plans apply, fees, billing cycles, and refund terms will be presented to you before purchase. We may change pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable notice.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuizWitty will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
